Frequently Asked Questions
Once you’ve selected a Virtual Assistant, you will need to pay a Service Agreement fee. Regarding billing, we will set up a weekly scheduled payment process with you during our client onboarding process. Payments can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer.
If you need your Virtual Assistant to work extra hours, their hourly rate will be calculated based on your regular hourly billing fee.
Yes, you can hire as many Virtual Assistants as you need. There is no limit to the number of Virtual Employees you can hire. Many of our clients continually find more tasks to outsource, and we are quick to recruit for the job.
If you would like to change your Virtual Assistant for any reason, please notify us immediately so we can help you find a replacement as quickly as possible. If you are still not satisfied after 30 days, we will refund 100% of the compensation paid to your VA.
All our Virtual Assistants are required to have a time tracking system installed on their PCs, allowing us to monitor productivity and behavior. Additionally, you will receive weekly and monthly reports sent to your email.
If your Virtual Assistant becomes sick during an urgent task, you can request a temporary replacement to cover the work. Alternatively, you can arrange for your Virtual Assistant to make up for the lost work on another day.
For unpaid leave requests, your Virtual Assistant will be required to propose an advanced work schedule to cover the missed work hours prior to the leave dates.
In case of work interruptions such as power outages, internet issues, or family emergencies, your Virtual Assistant is instructed to immediately notify both our Management Team and you. If the Virtual Assistant is working on an urgent task, we will quickly find a replacement to ensure the work gets done.
All Virtual Employees sign a confidentiality agreement, which prohibits them from sharing or discussing work-related details with anyone other than their client and work team.
